Important Information

Products which have been ordered incorrectly cannot be returned to Lophius Biosciences. Where products are returned to Lophius Biosciences without being specifically requested, the products will not be taken back, but invoiced to the customer.

Shipping

International orders are shipped via General Overnight, FedEx, DHL or UPS Express Service, depending on the location of the customer and the type of products being sent. If your order is to be shipped with a different carrier, please contact us and send us all the necessary information with your order. Please contact us if you require a different delivery deadline for your order.

Prices and Charges

Please note that the prices of our products do not include freight costs, charges, taxes or customs duties. Freight costs are paid by us in advance and added to the invoice. If you require information about the freight costs for your special order, please contact us and provide us with all the necessary information. Lophius Biosciences does not pay any charges, taxes or customs duties. Products and prices may be changed without prior notice. The current price will be confirmed at the time of your order. There is no minimum order quantity.

Payment

Your order is invoiced after shipment and is sent under separate cover to the invoicing address given. Invoices are not enclosed with the shipment. Where partial shipments are necessary, separate invoices are sent as soon as each shipment has left Lophius Biosciences. Payment information (address of bank and account details) is provided on every invoice.

Lophius Biosciences does not provide any guarantee that the selling on or use of the products it supplies does not infringe any patents, trade-marks or copyrights, which cover the use of the product itself or its use in any process. Moreover, the buyer assumes all risks for infringements of patent, trade-mark or copyright associated with any use, any combination or any process.
